Fantastique. Fraîcheur, vineux, pétillant, brett, sauvage. Grosse claque dans la face

Как-то уксусно, но есть оттенки оранжевого винца. Интересное после: согревает и уксус переходит в приятную кислинку. 4.3

Beautiful funky nose, extremely vinous, somewhat herbal, slightly bitter. So delicious. 🤤

Sour. Grapey earthy taste, with tarty citrusy tones. Herbal traces. Fine balance. (Slightly biased)

Only keg in existence, a bit more in your face and less subtle than the bottles version, but still awesome.

Delicate and subtle sweetness. Very herbal for a grape lambic. Great!

Late check. Thanks Jean !!!

This and chardonnay are just incredible. While young the orange wine notes just pop. Its tannic, dry, medium tart and relatively low in acditiy. Mineraly, and only the lambic is a bit weak. Other wise a real treat. Hopefully Jean releases it soon!

This was absolutely beautiful, might be my favorite beer this year, right before Chardonnay. Still needs a little time but the orange wine character from the macerated grape is shining amazingly here, lots of juicy citrus and almond, smooth vinous. Love!!
