Très vineux, acidité. Des notes d'ananas, fruits de la passion, citron, végétales. Assez vert dans l'ensemble. Très grosse longueur. Ça serait marrant à faire vieillir pour équilibrer un peu le tout. 4,4

Là encore, c'est inattendu - en bien. C'est très vineux évidemment, expression généreuse du raisin et, de façon plus surprenante, des touches d'ananas et de passion (selon moi 😅)

Tout comme la Samuel, c'est très bon et délicat, peut être un peu trop sage même car difficile d'identifier le chardonnay et le tokai pourtant vachement aromatique. C'est super frais et trop facile à boire

Очень необычное на запах и вкус, ни на что не похоже. Интересный привкус. Горечи нет кислее других пожалуй, но не очень сильно кислее. Как будто концентрированный вкус вина, но без винной горечи и кислоты. Освежающее и питкое.

Bottled 19 February 2020. different. Kinda strange nose. Quite sweet. Maybe will develop? Its unique and tasting good but in a strange way.

Hm, it’s alright. Nail polish all over this, even after one hour of breathing. Vinous, enjoyable. But after all that hype, it’s a letdown🧐

Pomme verte, un peu de plastique, résineuse. Carbo très fine, funk léger, c'est très délicat, très joli.

If there was a perfect beer this is it! Vinous, fine bubbles, cantillon funk, stone fruit radikon syrup sweetnees. On the nose fresh italian herbs/cracked pepper.When your favorite italian winery meets your favorite beer only great things can happen!

Belle émilotion et haut vol. Meilleure Cantillon. Sûrement encore plus fou (si telle chose se peut) après quelques années au cellier.
