Musty white grape, minerality, slightly harsh finish. Has the carbonation of some ciders: nothing for the mouthfeel but a quick stab of gas in the finish.

Ho.ly. Shit. Very different from 2021 racine and, quite honestly, even better. Same watermelon jolly rancher vibes as Trousseau. So insanely vibrant. This is absolutely perfect right now.

bad bottle. cork broke, nose is burnt plastic. unenjoyable. for the record: sur lie was really nice. too bad this side by side did not really happen

Very, very good. 2021 doesn't quite live up but really dig this vintage and a growing sense that Cantillon + light grapes = something really terrific. [2021 Catch Up]

Still one if my favorites, so good, especially after it breathes for a bit. Loads of candied grape, beautiful. Also hints of kiwi, green apple, Cider apple, clean dusty funk, oak, quince. Long soft vinous finish. Love it.
