Pretty strange one. Extremely on the pomaces on the nose in the beginning, like crushed grapes, but mainly too untied in mouth and a bit too easy. I'll try it again some day to see how it evolves and if there's difference between bottles.

2 year old lambic blended with Chardonnay, Tokay and Sauv Blanc grape pomace. Potent prunus cerasifera - джанка - aroma, lots of grape-skin, v pleasant mouthfeel - thanks Bart D. !

Blend di Chardonnay, Tokay e Souvignon Blanc di Oslavia della cantina Radikon. Abitando a Gorizia, a un paio di km da Oslavia, non potevo non provare questa meravigliosa birra.

Aroma has a complex mix of apple, extra virgin olive oil, honey, rhubarb, elderflower, passionfruit, lemon on top of BC’s dirty funk. Initial flavour is balanced between fruitiness, sourness, bitterness and young funk. Mild carb. Finish is acidic, funky.

Very complex, stone fruits, rhubarb, grape stems and seeds, a quite complex funk that in a couple of years will be shining bright. Lovely iteration with a great ageing potential.
