Musty and herbal hoppy grapefruit flesh, dry grainy with slight caramelised bits, haystack on farmyard, refined, smooth complex moderate lactic acidity followed by ample bitterness. Top.

Musty overripe grapes, rotting apples, white balsamico but a bit too much of it, well bordering into nail polish remover territory, soft tannins, ok for the complexity. Expected more from this tbh.

Mildly spicy white grapes well integrated with a smooth musty lemony, bright grainy lambic, also tangerine peel, mild funk, moderate lactic acidity, very round, pleasant, easy drinking. Top.

Intensely fruity with blue- and blackberries, vanilla touch, light black pepper, mild earth, later fruity grape notes, moderate acidity dominated by more fruits, young and intense impression. Really good - probably rounder and better with more age.

Overripe apricots and peaches immersed in hop oils, resin, rosehip concentrate, distant liquorice, good old school caramalt dose, intense bitterness smoothened by booze. A dangerous, intense pleasure.

Red grape fruit flesh, outright red wine, also all the ripe red berries and deep dark cherries, very round smooth aged lambic underneath, complementing the vinous notes with softest mildly funky and lactic excellence. Amazing.
