Smooth well balanced, drinks like a saison but with complexity of the lambic, subtle hints of the pineau d’aunis (berries,grape) but no acidity compared to its seasonal counterparts (vigner& st lam) bittersweet vibes drinking this with lemasson wine

simply amazing, geuze funk , acidity rounded out by the sweetness of the cognac barrel. lambic at it’s best, probably the most well balanced beer ive had the pleasure of drinking

If there was a perfect beer this is it! Vinous, fine bubbles, cantillon funk, stone fruit radikon syrup sweetnees. On the nose fresh italian herbs/cracked pepper.When your favorite italian winery meets your favorite beer only great things can happen!
