LCI @ WFG 2021.1, day 2. Another classic, but does feel slightly more safe and commercialised than the Parabola. Bourbon, plenty of coffee, some roast and lightly boozy. Could do with some more richness, maybe. Still pretty damn good beer, though.

Pretty herbal with elderflower, notes of dille. Medium sour with a little bitterness. Pretty young, lacks complexity. Very herbal. Cantillon can do a lot better.

Funky smell. Smaakt als een lekker druifje dat licht zuur in de mond valt. Dan begint het ook funky te worden. Goed gebalanceerd, heerlijk.

Neus is voornamelijk framboos, een hintje zuur/funk. Smaak is dikke bak framboos, wat blauwe bes, maar niet te zoet. Mooi zuurtje. Nasmaak is voornamelijk funky. Topspul.
