Blushing Monk (2022) T

Thick raspberry aroma, yammy raspberry and raspberry syrup. Medium sweet with a little tartness. Fairly robust for a Fruit Beer. Likeable!

Nemesis (2021) T

Nice malt/hop ratio with caramel, piney hop, dark malt, dried fruits, light toffee, some grapefruit and toasty notes, hint of figs. Medium bittersweet, medium to full body. Bitter(sweet), hoppy and malty, firm flavour. My preferred configuration for BW.

Bottle Shop Series Highball Drifter T

Brown malt with notes of cherry, caramel, bourbon, vanilla, touch of orange, some candied notes. Medium sweet, light bitter. Nice bourbon barrel influence, vanilla and lightly candied fruits.

KBS Cinnamon Vanilla Cocoa T

Chocolate with vanilla, some caramel, bourbon, some alcohol and cinnamon. Full body, velvety mouthfeel. Medium sweet, mild boozy bourbon finish. Very nice.

Bridging the Gap T

Properly roasty with piney & fruity hop. Picking up citrus, some chocolate, roasted malts, a touch of tropical fruits and coffee. About medium bitter with a light sweetness. Satisfactory.

Chrome Chrysalis T

Grassy and fruity hop with citrus, zesty fruit peel, lightly pine. Medium bitter, no sweetness, dry finish. Refreshing and zesty, fruity, grassy, good.

#DIPA T

Piney hop with malt, ripe fruit, orange, pine resin, some ripe stone fruit. Medium bitter with some sweetness. Nicely piney with ripe-ish fruit. Very nice.

Whirl Domination T

Citrussy hop with a little pine. Grassy notes, orange. Light pale malt. Med ium bitter, a bit dry. Fine IPA.

HORAL's Oude Geuze Mega Blend (2022) T

Funky with notes of citrus, oak, brett funk. Touch of stone fruit. Sour flavour, bit puckering with a dry finish. Great!

Porter T

Burst T

A bit floral with malt, grapefruit, hop, some pine, floral hop. Flavour is moderate to medium bitter with a mild sweetness. Easy enough, not really my kind of IPA, floral and malty.

Velvet Rush T

Nuts, dark malt, caramel, bourbon, vanilla, beany coffee. Medium sweet and mild bitter. Wonderfully nutty aroma, some bourbon, body could be a bit more full.

Beer Greek Breakfast T

Roasted malt with chocolate, coffee, caramel. Medium sweet, light bitter. Rich stuff.

Unraveled IPA T

Citrus, pine, fruity hop, pale malt, some grapefruit, orange. Flavour is a bit sweeter than I expected with a moderate to medium bitterness. Fine basic IPA.

Scarlet Dawn IPA T

Malty with caramel, piney hops, some fruitiness including citrus. Medium bitter flavour with a light sweetness. Fine Red Ale, would have probably liked this better at 6.5-7%.

SpontanAcai T

Tart and sour berries abound, notes of redcurrant and raspberries. Nicely sour, big tart fruit. Light acidic. Lovely red berries.

Versus: Dual T

Juicy with citrus, mango, tropical fruit, zesty orange, some pale malt. Medium bitter, light sweetish. Very good, as expected from Dry & Bitter.

All Day Vacay T

Orange, pale malt, modest hop, touch of caramel. Mild sweetish and light bitter. Eh... Was hoping for something a bit more refreshing.

Mamouche (2020) T

Pretty herbal with elderflower, notes of dille. Medium sour with a little bitterness. Pretty young, lacks complexity. Very herbal. Cantillon can do a lot better.

Heated Seats T

Smooth tropical fruit aroma. Citrus, oats, pineapple, some mago. Stone fruits, bubblegum. Mild bittersweet flavour. Overall a smooth hazy Pale, juicy with creamy oat. Nice.

Organic German Pilsner T

Grainy malt with with strong grassy noble hops. Lightly spicy, cereal malt. Herbal hop. Somewhat sweetish, pretty bitter. Different take on German Pils, not very traditional.

Aprication T

Big sweet apricot aroma with honey. Not picking up the chocolate. Sweet flavour, medium body. Pleasant, love me some apricot.

Moon Rambler IPA T

Fairly fruity with grapefruit, citrus, grassy notes, light pine. Some milk sugar sweetness, but not too bothersome. Medium bitter. Fine IPA.

Japanese Rice Lager T

Grass, rice, lightly soapy hop, notes of lemon and cereal grain Flavour is lightly sweetish and moderate bitter with a mildly dry finish. Body is light to medium. Refreshing, quenching, light and drinkable. Not bad.

Oktoberfest T

Sweetish toasted malt with caramel and notes of toffee. Flavour is on the sweet side with a mild bitterness. Sweet Festbier, nice.

Oude Geuze A L’Ancienne VAT 108bis Mono Blend T

Funky with oak, grains, apples, citrus, notes of white grapes and stone fruits. Medium sour with a hint of sweetness and a fairly dry conclusion. Very good, though I seemed to like the original 108 a bit better even.

Magic Lambic T

Vanilla with tons of red and dark tart fruits, earthy manure funk, raspberries and blueberries. Deliciously fruity and funky, bit sweetish with a big tartness. Medium sour. Great!
