[Quintessence side-events] 25cl, tap. Color has faded, and the nose is still strong. Fruity notes, with a musty background. Amazing and unsuspected surprise.

(Earlier this morning). 15cl. A novelty. white wine traits. A fresh note. Big thx to Michiel H. which spontaneously shared his first bottle. I did not expect to do early tasting, as we were there to pickup bottles, but this kind of thing happens😊

LCI, yesterday. 15cl, from a 75cl bottle. Bottled on June 2020. Almost no carbonation. Fruity traits are vivid. To go along with an Italian dinner prepared by an old friend...

30cl, draft. Hazy. Nice smell. Hoppy, piney, juicy, medium body. A few resinous notes in the finale. Yummy, on the stronger side, it's a DIPA.

30cl, draft. This was a hell of a fresh fruity IPA, tropical ripe fruits notes, with a pinch of lemony. Yummy, refreshing. Would be even more great in summertime (May was overly coldish and rainy here)

375ml bottle shared in 3. A rare opportunity to taste this one brewed for the 2 Michelin stars restaurant Bon Bon. Cardamom Smell is super strong. Tastes better than the smell.
