Двухлетний ламбик, сухое охмеление, потом еще в бутылке. Большая часть того, что творит Cantillon-ламбики.Этот футбольный со своей историей. Полноценный, в кружеве хмельного танца, легкого и приятного, великолепный баланс. Мы красиво провожаем старый год.

Funky, cheesy, flowerish, lemonish, acid, tarty nose. Flavor is moderate tarty, Brett, funky, straw, farmy, subtle citrusy, to dry ending. Well rounded.

Gorgeous. Dry-hopping adds a nice aromatic bitterness to a very lightly funk base lambic. 2-3 years is my favorite age for these. (3 Jan 2020 bottling) Happy final Fall Back day.

This beer is so good. The hoppy nose, almost fruity aftertaste, delicious. Great carb at 2.75 years too
