Overwhelming nose. Beautiful layered Lambic. Floral, hoppy, spicy. Funky, musty. Leather, horse/sweat, barn, hay. Delicious dryness. Minor sweetness. Elegant, classy, medium aggressiveness. Grainy base. Mineral, silky, crispy, spritzy. Monster. Just big.

Basically comme la gueuze régulière, mais dry hopped. Gros gros funk là dedans!

Sec, acide, gueuze classique. Le DH est assez léger, on en sent quelques traces en fin de bouche.

Nez: funky, floral; bouche: attaque avec une belle acidité boise puis le cote floral vient avec un cote fruité un peu peche avant de développer une petite/acide amertume

In der Nase funky Frucht Mief Hefe. Im Antrunk sauer sauer, was sich schnell relativiert und die Frucht zum Vorschein kommt, sie etwas Blumiges und grasige Noten. Abgang drying und länger anhaltend.

Excellent golden beer, lambic with a mix of new and aged hops, adding a nicely bitter aftertaste. Well balanced, intense aroma from the brettanomices, just fantastic!
