Funky, sour apple/pear, barnyard, and subtle oak nose. Flavors of sour white wine, apple, lemon, pear, barnyard funkiness, oak, and yeast. Tart and acidic with a moderately dry finish.

Tastes exclusive, and amazing. Much less acidic and carbonated than I expected going in. The flavors definitely come out more when it warms up.

Minerally, lemon, a good depth of flavor. Showing really nicely for only 1.5 years in the bottle. 🐳

This is a pre run beer and tasty. Blueberry and funk with a little sweetness up front and the sour in the back end with the barrel. Thanks for sharing Alan A. !

Probably the most interesting beer I’ve ever had. Like a beer mixed with white wine carbonated lightly and some funky unique flavors on back end.
