Cuvée Saint-Gilloise (Champions) (2023) Riley
Latest batch with new label, still the same great bright/hoppy/dry taste. Definitely needs a bit of age on it!

Not as sharp as I thought it would be, but a deep and sharp taste. Definitely dark fruits in this, but slightly effervescent

Still one of my least faves by Cantillon, but tasting very tart and fresh almost.

Initial taste was floral and grapey tannin heavy, but as it warmed there was a subtle effervescent aftertaste that was a few unidentified light fruits. Hard to put my finger on it.
