Interesting brew with how this has aged. It’s flattened down a bit but maintained nice balanced notes.

People love to complain about GCB but it’s not bad. Something is definitely missing, but can’t quite put my finger on it. Maybe no effervescence really draws out a lack of minerality, and the beer is somehow less sharp. But it’s a touch funky, and tasty

23 avril. Dernière journée à Cantillon. Ça prenait une Bruo. Bien bonne, moins ronde/cheesy que d’autres années. Roberto a l’air de moins feeler aujourd’hui.

Wonderfull! Really subtile, just a flat sour in the aftertaste. Great one! Thus one must be great with some light food

Begon met een onaangenaam bittertje maar dat verdween na een tijdje. Maakte plaats voor lekkere funk, zwaar eik, mooi complexe lambiek.

Orange unfiltered look, light funky, hints of apricot, apple. Smooth, round flavors, dry, sulfur, very nice
