Funky, tart, and a semi-dry finish. Very complex. Stone fruit, a bit of wood, and a lingering funkiness. Fantastic lambic. Crazy the flavor is still so strong after 20 years.

Cantaloupe skin, grass, and peach scent; ripe strawberry, maple,and tart wild blueberry; tart and funky but balanced and not too assertive
