Opaque rouge colour with small pink foam. Raspberry and vanilla aroma. Taste sour, berry rich with a nice subtle vanilla feeling. A lot more raspberry driven than I remembered it to be. Fresh. Great and elegant raspberry rich spontaneous fermented brew.
