At first the aroma was dominated by fresh raspberries. Very tart on palate - more so than most Cantillon. This softened a bit as it sat, with vanilla and wood becoming more prominent, though still in the background.Almost a bit of salinity in the finish.

That's lovely. Jammy raspberry, dry, tart. Subtle vanilla presence, smooth, bright and fruity.

A pastry lambic on tap follows. Vanilla is dominant here. A tad acetic but refreshing. Completely overpowers the rauchbier before that.
