Lacks the over the top brightness and fruit density of 3F, but it's smooth af. Would be a great summer beer.

At first pastry vanilla, but then very acidic raspberry and funk. Great dessert!

Ho, c'est bon ça ! La framboise est très présente mais sans trop prendre le dessus sur la lambic. La vanille apporte des notes sucrées mais l'ensemble reste sec. Bonne porte d'entrée pour des néophytes :)

A little fruity sweetness up front, big sour finish. Enough blueberry that you can tell it's there, be easily missed if you're not looking for it. Well balanced, as you'd assume.
