Champagne-like nose but thoroughly funky. Silky, dry, rich, almost briney at the end. Apple and pickle flavors but with a fascinating texture. Crisp, direct, and somehow still velvetey smooth.

Grolsch Premium Lager Gendron

Pasteurized, lager smell. Sweet, malty, ethanol-ey. Not something I would drink again willingly.

Rübæus Gendron

Man :-( I wanna like this but it’s like Cherry Choiffe. Too heavily artificial to stomach.

60 Minute IPA Gendron

Thin and inoffensive but flavorless. Coppery-hoppy but only faintly, tastes almost oxidized.

Solid Gold Gendron

Faintly wheat mose. Appropriate and on-style body with no flaws but lacking enough finesse to be a “wow”.

Punkin Ale Gendron

Not very pumpkin-heavy. Sweet-ish but drinks clean and malt-forward with coppery hops notes at the end.

KBS Gendron

Flavor profile is primarily chocolate, with delicate whiskey notes rounding out the edges. Very subtle and complex, great flavor developments as it drinks. Dry and bitter. Chocolate notes taste like pure cocoa.
