Elderflower is pretty faint, tons of funk, not my fave from them but can’t go wrong with Cantillon

Nice batch. Herbal, citrus, apple, elderflower, mild acidity, a less bright and complex version of Le Plaisir. 4.2

That's lovely. Rich cherry, funky, a touch of vanilla. Acidic but not overpowering.

Super carbonated, quite excited bottle. Light, tart, dry, effervescent. Lemony and a little sweet, oaky, tannic.

I think this is it. Light, dry, musty and dusty with a lingering dry finish. Oaky and tannic, a little astringent, lemony, quite nice.

Closest reference point I have for the fruit is something like loganberry. Dry and tart, yet somehow also kinda with a ju lightly juicy red wine edge. 'Red' character and colour - despite being made with blue honeysuckle. Delicate, and not super oaky.

Lime, lemon zest, slightly funky and herbal, hay, a tiny bitterness, much better than what I expected.
