Basic, old school and pretty simple. Gets a bit watery, earthy vibes very classic founders/Stone ish hop flavor 🤗

Optimal Illusion Beck

Pretty good DIPA, very dry and herbal. Was actually expecting more overly sweet juice. Can’t find the strawberries at least not ripe, maybe more green. But I like the bitterness and light profile, it’s very drinkable 🤤

Double Dippy Doo Beck

Great hop juice, as most european and danish haze, it’s very full of tropical bubblegum, yeast esters and soft mouthfeel. This one goes mango, peach and apricot galore - a dry bitter finish would have lifted this a lot 🤗

Nemesis (2021) Beck

Roasty, toasty, spicy and dry - lots of coffee as well. To me it seems more like an imperial porter than barley wine😅

White Wedding (2022) Beck

I like the idea with White port barrels, but they could be more present. Decent base stout and good flavour profile - but would have been great if the barrels gave it more complexity ☺️

Blackcurrant PBJ Time Beck

Boom its great Mead, so much blackcurrant, some toffee and warmth from the barrel and a very light nutty roast - balance is great sweet but not to sweet and you can actually find the sourness from the black currant’s 💥

Megalodome Beck

Soft fluffy and easy to drink - mainly citrussy vibes and some mango pineapple classic combo. A bit to one noted to get me fired up 🤪

Very clean and pretty bitter, some floral and green notes as well☺️☺️

Not a Big fan of Brown Ales, but this one is pretty good. I like the dryness and a bit of roasted caramel in this, chocolate but more bittering - gives good balance.

Very very light and maybe a bit to much carbonation. But impressive hop profile for the low ABV 🤗

All time classic and still a very good beer, have had this a 100 times at least and still gets the job done🍻

Mead Scientist is always some of the most complex and strange beers i try - this has some orange marmelade, some smoke almost bbq like and some bitterness more like burnt sugar than hops😂 i dont know if i love or hate it.

Tart, acidic, sweet and fruity - Mad Scientist just nails this style time after time😜

Pretty good classic, a bit more malty and bready. Still way to onedimensional and boring to drink. But a great atempt at a classic style🤪

Very simple but flavourfull IPA, a crisp maltbody, slight citrussy hops and a bit of lacto sweetness🤪
