Cellared 13yrs w/ glassware. Nose is magical figs & sweetness. Was a fig bomb when fresh. My cellar is the best. No oxidation. We have dark fruits, plenty of sweet fig juice, some burn & hints of tobacco. Great blend. Better than fresh. Easy 15% drinker.

Flavors keep rolling. Aged raisin and malt through and through.

Reliving the golden age of one of America's most quintessential microbreweries. Harkens back to Dogfish's championship runs. One of the best barelywines money can buy. Then and now.

There is no way this beer can do wrong. Over 10 years old and still baller.

Aged, "mint cola", smooth, some sweetness, probably past it's peak, balanced for a 15%

It tastes like it’s been aged 11 years. Really smooth. Sweet and fruity.

11+ years old. Just crazy how well this held up. Solidly oxidized, but still just full of tootsie rolls, raisins, deep toffee and caramel. Sweet, but finishes incredibly dry, almost abrasively so. Still, a fun experiment in time!

Fairly oxidized at this point, but still solid. Dried dark fruit, cardboard, caramel, brown sugar, hints of sherry and bitter dark chocolate. Love tapping into the past with olde school beers like this one 😉

Sweet, little smoky?, thin but good heat. Got to celebrate this flyers win streak :) Solid brew at 10 years

Malty & raisin nose. Super sweet with big molasses & raisin with a malty backbone. Earthy hops with a spicy boozy kick still . Aged well with a big Carmel finish

9 years perfectly cellared. No booze, and honey inflected. Genius. Thanks Sam.
