Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2017)

Aged 5+ years and this beer is close to perfection. Incredibly smooth. I think the excessive syrup flavor has been mitigated. So good.

Olde School (2011)

It tastes like it’s been aged 11 years. Really smooth. Sweet and fruity.

American Beauty

Bought this many years ago given the brewery and the Grateful Dead theme. It’s been sitting in my fridge ever since. Surprisingly, it’s still good and a sold “pale” ale. Nice malty flavor.

Underground Mountain Brown (2019)

It’s got to be my favorite brown ale. Even better now that it’s aged 3 years. Will keep it at 4.25, but could easily be a 4.5 now.

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge (2020)

Lots of chocolate and delicious.

Underground Mountain Brown (2020)

One of my favorite brown ales. The coffee and bourbon are done nicely in this beer. Very smooth also.

Panther Cub (2021)

Nice balance of vanilla, maple and bourbon. Definitely thin bodied as a porter should be. Solid.

Dankwood (2018)

Let this sit for a couple years and it’s still nice. The bourbon comes through nicely. Still some bitterness from the red IPA.

Big Lushious

This is pretty decent. I didn’t think you could make a beer with raspberries because they are so delicate. Apparently I was wrong. Nice.

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge (2020)

This is good. The chocolate and maple are fantastic.
