On sort les bouteilles de garde à soir, assez flat comme effervescence plus comme un vin blanc , acidité moyenne, subtil et tout en douceur comme bière, peut être un peu assagi avec l'âge.

Pretty mellow. Low carb. But really nice aged hops flavor and apple medley. Medium funk. Fairly low acidity. Quite enjoyable.

Never a favorite bottle from their offerings. Age has mellowed this out even more, kind of muted tbh.

Lovely grapefruit flavors, no carbonation, flat, but lovely acidity and really let's you appreciate all the nuances of the lambic, very fun beer, thank you DedicatedToFun

4.2. In a good shape, growing, but for sure still has to grow in complexity from my experience with it. Flat, woody, oranges everywhere. Nice lambic, dosed, not extreme.
