Karbi on madal, mineraalne ja mitte väga positiivses võtmes. Isegi kerge kloorisus lööb läbi. Samas tugev keha, kerge puuviljasus ja korralik rauasus päästavad päeva.

Light and crisp, low carbonation. Refined, not really astringent at all. Easy to drink. A pleasure

Janvier 2019. Je sais pas qu'est-ce que c'est que ce batch mais j'étais pas prêt. Notes vineuse puissantes, once d'astringence, vanille/pomme, boisé puissant. Léger funk persistant, un poil de sulfur en final, très épicé. Plat. Longueur modérée. Intense.

It’s official. “Lambic - Traditional” is not my thing. I tried it, didn’t really like it. So I tried a different one, and still didn’t really like it. And I do like sours, just not this style. But if you do, then don’t be put off by my rating: try it!

Can't do the Toer de gueze this year, so this will have to do. Almost flat, funky apple, oaky, dry, spicy, bitter sour finish. Could drink this all day.

Smell 8/10, color 5/5, taste 7/10, mouthfeel 4/5, overall 16/20. Mineral and astringent smell, golden, super clear robe. Very flat. Taste is woody and a bit citrusy, floral finish. Super dry, a bit sweet and flat. Overall a well balanced "beer"

Drier than silica gel in a packet of sandpaper in the Sahara. Funkier than Flea in a funk. But I do get the hype. This is lovely. Thank you so much, Ale Y.!

This is certainly good, but I can’t help but think it would benefit from some carb to make it really pop.
