Oaky red wine, some subtle blackcurrant. A bit thinner and less full bodied after 4 years. Still delicious though.

Do Stuff Together M.

Peach, grapefruit, melon, good body. A mild bitter end. Yet another neipa, but a decent one.

Hop Shop M.

Melon and pineapple mainly, good body, some floral notes.

Kriek Boon M.

The 2021 vintage. Sweet cherry syrup, some almond. Bit of fizz and funk on the nose makes this slightly more than just a soft drink. Poor.

Más Agave Prickly Pear M.

Definitely get the prickly pear (the extract takes over a bit) and the background saltiness. Slightly tart finish. The tequila takes a back seat. Bit too sweet for me, but very tasty and drinkable - booze well hidden.

Geuze Mariage Parfait M.

The 2018 vintage. Lot of funk and horse blanket, apple aroma, sour bitterness dominates sadly.

Burst M.

Lot of citrus, almost a bit wheat ale. Very dry bitter finish.

Coffiend Brown M.

Lot of caramel and toffee, bit of roasted coffee as well.

Cantillon Grand Cru Bruocsella Lambic Bio (2017-2018) M.

Horse blanket and funk, cider and oak. Not subtle. Needs more age, but still tasty.

Kriek Boon (2020) M.

Sweet cherry and some almond, slight bit of funk in the background. Not much sourness in this one, so too sweet overall. Probably needs some ageing.

Side Eyes M.

Malty aroma and up front, mainly grapefruit with some peach, piney bitter finish. #trainbeer

SpontanAcai M.

Oaky and vinegar up front, lot of red berry fruitiness, dry super tart finish. Great stuff.

Camerise (2021) M.

Sweet red berry notes balanced with sharp vinegar, oaky notes, tart dry finish. Great.

Kriek Boon (2020) M.

Almond and sweet cherry mainly, but with a sour tart end to balance it out a bit.

HORAL's Oude Geuze Mega Blend (2021) M.

Funk and wet carpet up front, cidrous, more funk and malts, then a dry clean sour finish. With more age this would be great.

Rosé de Gambrinus (2019) M.

On tap, so had to be done. Raspberries are slightly more intense and sharpness has rounded off. Subtle oakiness.

Drink'in The Sun (0.3%) M.

Good body from the wheat, peachy, dry, crisp, slight bitter finish. Another impressive non from Mikkeller.

Limbo - Riesling M.

Sweet peachy aroma, mild grape flavour, certainly the sweet dry elements from the wine type. Slight carb and dry finish take the edge off the sweetness.

Henry & His Science M.

Citrusy, watermelon, passionfruit, dry end. Digging this Mikkeller AF yeast.

Henry Gose Lightly M.

Getting lime, coriander and salt. Tangy and super refreshing. Best gose I've had in a long time.

Limbo Raspberry M.

Sweet raspberry up front, then dry tart finish. Decent body as well. Quality stuff.

Grand Cru Bruocsella Lambic Bio (2015-2016) M.

Can't do the Toer de gueze this year, so this will have to do. Almost flat, funky apple, oaky, dry, spicy, bitter sour finish. Could drink this all day.

HORAL's Oude Geuze Mega Blend (2019) M.

Appley, oaky, sour, funky, round and smooth. Just the right amount of carb. Fantastic.

Oude Geuze A L’Ancienne VAT 108bis Mono Blend M.

Cidrous, lemony, dry, oaky edge. Smooth.

Cuvée Saint-Gilloise (Champions) (2019) M.

Bottled Nov 2019. Funky nose, bitter pink grapefruit, slight floral, lemon and honey notes, mild bitter end from the hops, which have now faded a bit. Still a good 'un. Happy birthday to me 🎁

Kriek 100% Lambic Bio (2019) M.

Aged since September 2019. Oaky, slightly sweet cherry, then sour acidic dry end. Heavenly.
