Evento "zwanze day" (3) Ensaladilla rusa "cierzo" brutal. La camarise, estupenda a tope de esa fruta que le da nombre. Acidez moderada. Rica!

Honeysuckle is eigenlijk piemelfruit (zoek op honingbes). Mooi begin van de bierwandeling in Brussel. Bittertje aanwezig, en natuurlijk ook goed zuur. Medium enthousiast.

Draft, maybe more bubbly and smooth on the tounge than a normal offering. Fruit is there, not a ton of complexity

Lambic with honeyberries?!? Another fruit that I need to find and try. Tastes much like a blueberry 🫐 but perhaps a bit more tart (leaning towards raspberry). Draft pour at the brewery. Doesn’t get much better than this 😍
