this tap feels weird. grassy and of course strong strawberry too robust and tart and just slightly abrasive.

Hoppy. I've never had a beer like this before, but it's fun

The vanilla scent comes out quickly at first. After that, the flavor of berries and vanilla go well together.

Apricot sour beer. That's nice. It smells like fruit and it's neatness

When I first tried this in last year, it was really hard to differentiate whether natural wine or lambic. After bottle conditioned, more but subtle carbonarion gives weight for lambic. Juicy and vivid grape flavor.

Not off, but little lacto acidity arises in finish. Still great with abundant raspberry flavor.

I wish it was more juicy and less acidity. But Aroma is fresh same as the other Fou'.

More carbonation than 3 days ago, it makes lambic not too watery. Still huge berry flavor, layered with silky vanilla note.

Hallertau hop stablized by 1 year conditioning. Not spicy, but still candy sugar like aroma.

No acidity, no carbonation. Just raspberry and blueberry taste with silky flavor. Too watery, thats what I'm disappointed.

That draft version is likely to more Meerts than the other version. More drinkable but less impact.

The best beer with elderflower I’ve ever had. A beer with elderflower, wild flower honey, and lemon peel characters. Smooth mouthfeel. Light-bodied. Mild acidity with citrusy juiciness. A bit earthy, but the flower couldn’t live without soil, right?

Just wonderful. You can feel red wine, cherry, and raspberry characters. Smooth mouthfeel. Light-bodied. This is a very unique one among Cantillon beers. Clean, dry, refreshing, and cool. Not what I expected but a welcome surprise.

Tastes like a Sangiovese wine showing spicy, cherry, and wild funky characters. Smooth mouthfeel. Light-bodied.

Nice as always. Sharp acidity with a stone fruit character. Crisp mouthfeel. Light bodied.

Wild, rustic, and mild. Smooth mouthfeel. Light-bodied. The malt flavor shows biscuity and bread-like characters. Smooth acidity. A bit watery though. Hmm…

Full of ester! The pepper takes this brew to a next level. Smooth mouthfeel. Light-bodied. Mild acidity with stone fruit juiciness.

I don't know what a rhubarb is. But it feels like I'm in the middle of the scent of flowers and herbs. Kind of like a rose? It's not easy to express, but it's attractive.

Classic but neat. Mineral. Not too sour. It would be so nice to drink it in the hot summer

Pepper. Spicey. The smell, I smelled in my grandmother's Cheongyang red pepper field when I was young. It looks like jalapenos. This is fun. Thank you for the gift from the person next to me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart
