Smaking av Levain Savagnin, Cantillon La Vie Est Belge og Tissot Chateau Chalon (vin), samme drue. Levain tørr syrlig eplesidereddik, hazy hvit. Oransj Cantillon mer restsødme, større og rundere, og vinen har den vakre vin jaune-oksideringen. Nydelig.

Smaking av Levain Maceration - poulsard, Cantillon La Corvee og Tissot Poulsard Anfora (vin). Samme drue, der ølene blir nydelige balkongroseer, Cantillon med mer syre og mer funk. Levain lettere, syrligere og mer sidersk. Vin med tanniner. Mmm! 15K!
