Sharp, tart, citrus, balsamic. One for the wine lovers.

White grape. Funky yet smooth. An acidity cuts through but there are sweet notes as a counterpoint. Would work well with cheese. Bdrmm gig is calling. Not long to wait now.

Sharp at first but becomes very drinkable. Vinous, black cherry and smooth. Dry and sweet.

A bit too sour and acidic for my taste. This is similar to cider and wine. Prefer a more fruity lambic.
