Has this a year ago in 🇩🇰. Quite bitter brown bread crust, brown sugars, mild notes of dark chocolate and caramel.

Rosé de Gambrinus (2020) Escobar
It is lacking the depth of the 3F from last weekend. Pretty sharp with the raspberries. An acerbic edge. The label always makes me blush though! ☺️

White grape. Funky yet smooth. An acidity cuts through but there are sweet notes as a counterpoint. Would work well with cheese. Bdrmm gig is calling. Not long to wait now.

This photo was taken post festival, and on the walk to the bars we visited in the evening yesterday. Think, from the few sips I had, it was quite sherbety. Dry.

Red berries and the vanilla gives a rounded flavour profile. A few sips last evening so won’t rate. Really appreciated the opportunity to share a few lambics at this interesting find of a bar.

LCI - the last one of the evening and a perfect one to share. From what I remember it was decent. The photo was from earlier in the day. Free cake and beer at Brus 🥳🎂happy birthday to them; a great little set-up. Would recommend.

Mellow, tart, grassy, herbaceous. A fizz at the back of the throat. Going to tear up a fish and chip tea.
