Saint Lamvinus Hallam

Sharp at first but becomes very drinkable. Vinous, black cherry and smooth. Dry and sweet.

Gueuze 100% Lambic Bio Hallam

It’s not often you see this on the beer menu in a restauarant. Couldn’t resist trying it. Sharp, Sherry, bitter, almost a pickled onion body, then mellows out with a salty grassy finish. Lives up to the hype.

Metamorfose Hallam

This is really good. Sooo juicy. Creamy smooth, tropical a very slight wineyness, and a bit a twang to it.
