Wonderful beer, really starting to enjoy the grape expressions

What a wonderful treat to share with a friend. Thanks again Eric Z.

Maybe the only time to be excited to see a flat gueuze. Complex, better than the regular classic but just barely. Glad I was able to try it. Thanks Eric Z. Paired well with the Mitraillette, miss Belgium

Acidic but dry finish, very well done for a fruited lambic

What a wonderful beer. So juicy will next to no acidity. Hope to be able to try this gem again in the future

Rosé de Gambrinus (2018) Lingow
So much fruit still after 4 years. Would love to try one with even more time on it

Rosé de Gambrinus (2019) Lingow
Great patio beer after breaking out the baby bjorn for the first time
about 3 years ago
Oldest lambic I’ve had so far and it did not disappoint. Had some mild mold on the cork but didn’t affect the flavor. Sharp but paired wonderfully with an Italian dinner. If only I could hold onto my other bottles for this long

Grand Cru Bruocsella Brut (2019) Lingow
Great beer to sip waiting for a pizza to bake. Takes a couple sips to get into but more than solid after

Pairs beautifully with Turkey dinner. Will try to stock up on this gem

Gueuze 100% Lambic Bio (2020) Lingow
Catching up with the in-laws with some Belgium beer and Belgium cheese
almost 4 years ago
Could have been on a nonfruited lambic high but this felt like a bit of a let down. More acidic than the other grape blends I’ve had from cantillon these last few days. Could also be reaching my limit for the day

Cuvée Moeder Lambic (Framboise) Lingow
Could very well be just rose but seems more fruit forward and less acidic if possible, of course the draft outshines the bottle, in this case at least

More in your face than vin santo and menu. Nice grape, lambic blend, as expected from these guys. Finishes dry and sharply

Tyrnilambic Baie D'Argousier (2021) Lingow
The fruit imparts minimally on the beer, finishes more dry but still light and refreshing. A real treat
almost 4 years ago
Draft, maybe more bubbly and smooth on the tounge than a normal offering. Fruit is there, not a ton of complexity
almost 4 years ago
Almost wine like, low carb, blend of grape and beer as delicately as can be done. Wonderful

More beer forward than vin santo, solid blend, just a little more rough around the edges

Enjoyable but think I’m becoming a non fruited guy. Still delicate and very drinkable

Kriek 100% Lambic Bio (2020) Lingow
Always a treat. Although getting the cork out of this one was quite the adventure

Very nice, subtle grape which I prefer to get the lambic backbone

Kriek 100% Lambic Bio (2017) Lingow
This beer is incredible. 3 years in and still crazy cherry flavor over a delicate base.

First time having and won’t be the last. Enjoyable and easy drinking

Cuvée Saint-Gilloise (Champions) (2015) Lingow
Special bottles for special days. Didn’t get to go to Belgium like I wanted in 2020 but hoping to make it there soon. Crazy how the hops kept for 5 years in this gem. Very underrated, lemony easy drinker

Funky, light, delicious gueze. Good but not all that different than shelfie 3F’s that are available
over 4 years ago
All the flavors are in the beer in a good ratio. Could do a little less lactose in the beer, reminds me a lot of a bigger version of schlafly double bean blonde
