Couldn’t come to #Brussels w/o trying a beer from #BrasserieCantillon - and this one seems to be a @MoederLambic house beer #ThisIs50: v. tart & chock full of raspberry aroma & flavour; not bad, but perhaps I need to try one of their standard lambics…

Desert and a perfect one for me. Tart fresh raspberries, with a nice drying finish. Nice and easy on a full stomach;)! Haha

Tart raspberry on the nose for days. Really light. Really really light. Really lacks raspberry flavour or tartness. Low complexity. I hate this for a Cantillon.

Clear, deep crimson beer. A tad sweet raspberry dominates the olfactory supply. The taste is, nevertheless, sour: raspberry, a pinch of cranberry, even lingonberry and wheat malt.

Special Framboise for Moeder Lambic. Lots of raspberry aroma and flavor. Tart. Dry.

Een en al framboos in de geur en smaak. Diep zuur, droog, sterke en lange afdronk. Niet verkeerd!
