Advent Calendar, 21. Vintage 2021. Matt, jet black beer. Nose: cinnamon, vanilla, cacao nibs, dark chocolate, dark malt. Taste: sharp cinnamon, vanilla, lactose, cacao nibs, dark chocolate, Bourbon, cookie, coffee beans, oak barrel notes, distant alcohol.

Loco With the Cake

Insane color: deep deep orange. Beautiful! Appealing scent: carrot is there in the background but what I get more is fruit winegum and honey. Sweet honey taste. Carrot seasons it beautifully. Melon, banana and nectarine bring their flavors to the cocktail

Cola O

Lucid, dark black tea is the color. Basically dark brown. Cola is obvious in the scent. Escorts include orange peel and lingonberry. Sour taste. Cola is unbeatable in the gustatory sphere. Moreover, I find apple, purple gooseberry, lingonberry...

Kriek 100% Lambic Bio (2019)

Hazy ruby beer. Cherry is abundant in the scent. A pinch of red apple and wild yeast with a barnyardy twist season the package. The taste is bold: intensive sour cherry, nothing sweet here. Wild yeast is obvious. A bit of cranberry follows in the shadows.

Cuvée Moeder Lambic (Framboise)

Clear, deep crimson beer. A tad sweet raspberry dominates the olfactory supply. The taste is, nevertheless, sour: raspberry, a pinch of cranberry, even lingonberry and wheat malt.

Iris (2022)

Lucid copper is the hue. Sour apple dominates the scent. A load of green grapes, white wine, wild yeast and a suggestion of green gooseberry can also be identified. The palate gives dry white wine, sour apple, wild yeast, a bit of raw green gooseberry.

Lambic Haute Densité (2019)

The color is limpid, deep raisin brown. Nose: silky, date, raisin, medium-sweet apple, a suggestion of biscuit, cranberry, remote caramel, wild yeast, port, vanilla. Taste: date, raisin, aged port, vanilla, cranberry, damson, rowanberry, wild yeast.

Lambic Grenache Blanc (2021)

Finally here! 😍 Lucid, deep gold beer. Nose: dry white wine, acidic, a hint of green grape, very faint sour peach and something citrusy. The palate is soft, green grape, dry white wine, distant sour peach, raw green gooseberry, green apple, wild yeast.

The Lawn Mower

Fully hazy, pale orange beer. Nose: pineapple, grapefruit and lemon. Taste: grapefruit, grass, raw pineapple, lemon zest, grapefruit pith, carambola, wheat malt.

Castle Black Stout

11%. Opaque, black beer. Nose: cacao nibs, chocolate, vanilla, distant espresso, plum, damson, remote cherry, lactose. Taste: chocolate, cacao nibs, vanilla, lactose, licorice, faint dark plum, brownie, oaky nuances.

Nath (2022)

Pours foggy, deep papaya mash hued. The scent is sour juicy: rhubarb, winter apple, a little pinch of green grape. The tongue loves the sour slam of rhubarb juice, escorted by very sour apple, pear, gooseberry, orange zest, wheat malt and shy wild yeast.

Kriek 100% Lambic

The color is cloudy burgundy. Cherry is powerful on the nose. I can also pick also cranberry, sour apple and an illusion of strawberry. The tastebuds enjoy ample cherry mash, sour apple, distinct cranberry, rowanberry, a suggestion of strawberry, wheat.

Sang Bleu (Camerise)

Haskap berry flavored Lambic 🤷🏻‍♂️ Impenetrable, blueberry-juice-colored beer. Nose: blackcurrant, blackberry, a whisper of cranberry, rowanberry. Taste: a lofty medley of blackcurrant, blackberry and cranberry, a hint of lingonberry, sour vinous.

Racine (2021)

Lucid, yellow to gold beer. Nose: apple, white grape, white wine, very remote whitepepper. Taste: white wine, white grape, sour apple, a bit of raw gooseberry, modest wild yeast, lemon zest and a hint of elegant elements.

Beer Geek Fudgesicle BA Rye Whiskey

The beer is muddy, very deep dark brown. Nose: loads of milk chocolate, cacao nibs, vanilla, lactose, a proposal of toffee, faint caramel, fruity barrel aromas. Taste: dark chocolate, cacao nibs, modest date, a pinch of caramel, rye whisky, barrel flavor

Driving Home From X-mas

Semihazy, light copper beer. The scent is weak: lemon pith, lemon zest and grass as well as a truly remote vegetal aroma that is extremely modest. The tongue finds moderate lemon pith, lemon zest, a biscuity whisper, suggestions of carambola and pineapple

Weird Weather Non-Alcoholic Hazy IPA

The beer bears a semiclear, bright yellow gown. The olfactory provision is composed of lemon, pineapple, wheat malt, a suggestion of oat flakes, remote dankness. The taste profile is truly zesty: lemon pulp, grapefruit, a whisper of pineapple, wheat malt.

Limbo Raspberry

The color is like rosehip mash and foggy. The scent is unfortunately vegetal: rotten onion. After a few minutes, rotten onion surrenders for wheat malt, raspberry and redcurrant. The tongue receives redcurrant, lingonberry, raspberry, wheat malt.

Implosion

Turbid, milky-honey beer. Nose: tropical aromas of pineapple, mango and cantaloupe plus dank weed. Taste: citrusy flavors, lemon zest, grapefruit pith, a pinch of fresh grass, wheat malt.

Henry Gose Lightly

Semilimpid straw beer. Nose: lemon pulp, zesty carambola, a whisper of rowanberry, salt, a smaller addition of rotten onion. Taste: salt, coriander, lemon pulp and peel, pineapple, carambola, a pinch of redcurrant, wheat. Fruity.

Faro Boon

Misty, deep rusty beer. Nose: wild yeast, rough white wine, a pinch of grassy hops, sour apple. Taste: sweet candi sugar, light-sour grape, apple juice, sweet malt, a drop of sparkling wine, extraordinarily remote hops, modest wild yeast.

Swan Song

The beer colors foggy scarlet. The nose likes medium-hefty raspberry, orange juice, a pinch of peach, wheat malt and a subtle touch of vanilla. The tongue experiences juicy raspberry, peach, orange zest, a hint of salt, discreet vanilla and wheat malt.

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2020)

Turbid, very dark brown beer. Nose: sweet cold-brew coffee with milk and sugar, raw cacao powder, a sigh of vanilla. Attractive. Taste: medium-sweet cold-brew coffee, cacao nibs, massive lactose, cream, Bourbon, oak barrel, vanilla, desserty.

Limbo Yuzu

Nonalcoholic sauna beer. The nose likes hefty yuzu, like sour lemon with an aromatic and faintly floral twist and blended with lime juice. The tongue enjoys the same rich aromatic sour yuzu. As if a wheaty backbone supported the fruity side.

Semihazy, deep rusty orange beer. Nose: hefty wild yeast, strong dry white wine, a cellary aroma, fermented grape, sour apple. Taste: wild yeast, dry white wine, sour apple, lactobacillus-fermented grape, a tad gooseberry as well as a modest oaky hint.
