Signorina (2023) Pang

Very musty aroma and notes of grape. Tart, light, acidic. Bone dry with grape aromatics in the back. 1/3 bottle some other solo guy passed to me lol.

Grand Cru Bruocsella Lambic Bio (2020-2021) Pang

Tart apple aroma. Dry but you get a lot of nice apple aromatics. Mildly tart. Light. Acidic.

Kriek 100% Lambic Bio (2017) Pang

Insanely funky and musty aroma. Still very alive in the bottle. Very smooth and crisp. Like an insanely crisp cherry but bone dry. Very subtle. Has almost no acidic or tart harshness.

Earthy, woody, and funky aroma. Very subtle. Woody and earthy. Subtle notes of cognac, rum, and marsala. Very subtle very complex very nice

Scarabée Pang

Mild lambic aroma with notes of that lychee of Gewürztraminer. Hit of mild fruit sweetness on the tongue. A lot of subtle complexity, subtle fruit notes. Very low carbonation. Smooth. Mildly tart that fades into a clean, dry finish.

Lambic D’Aunis (2022) Pang

Extremely funky on the nose with wine undertones. Smooth with a mild fruitiness. Very subdued. A lot of subtle complexity.

Cuvée Moeder Lambic (Framboise) Pang

Tart raspberry on the nose for days. Really light. Really really light. Really lacks raspberry flavour or tartness. Low complexity. I hate this for a Cantillon.

Sang Bleu (2022) Pang

Dark fruity aroma with notes of barrel. Light with a mild sweetness. Subtle tart berry notes throughout. Slight acidity. Finishes dry and tannic.

Kriek 100% Lambic (2016) Pang

Really dark, musty, funky, cherry aroma. Very cherry forward but very dry. Lots of dark, subtle fruit notes. Mild tartness. Really savoury cherry notes throughout. Very lively considering it's ages.

Rose De Gambrinus (2023) Pang

Light, sharp raspberry nose with undertones of an almost candy sweetness. Really light raspberry sweetness with candy notes. Very different on draft than in bottle, a lot more fresh fruit undertones present.

Geuze Mariage Parfait Pang

Fruity and sweet aroma. Light sweetness and mildly funky. Fairly clean and crisp throughout. Funky fruit undertones.

Drogone Lambic Pang

Very grapey, tart aroma with musty, funky undertones. Mild tart grape. Very smooth and subtle.

Menu Pinea (2020) Pang

Sharp grape aroma with underlying notes of funk. Lots of subtle grape notes on the tongue, dry. Decent acidity. Not really sour. Mild tartness on the finish but has a very clean finish otherwise. Sweeter grape notes on the end of the finish.

Le Plaisir 2022 Pang

Grapey nose with that classic aroma of Cantillon lambic. Really really nice color. Fairly sweet and carbonic on the tongue, like a sparkling wine. Hit of grape sweetness that mellows into complexity. Finish is clean and dry with a fruit burst. Acidic.

Magic Lambic (2022) Pang

Not as fruit forward and intense as the first batch. Still has that nice switch from tart fruit to vanilla but it's not as pronounced. Drier than previous.

Kriek Mariage Parfait (2017) Pang

Insanely musty and funky on the nose with undercurrents of cherry. Light and almost champagne-like on the tongue. Has a mild funkiness through and a light sweetness of cherry. Earthy and tart on the finish.

Funky, acidic, and apple aroma. Very light apple flavour with some tartness. Very crisp and light.

Kriek 100% Lambic Pang

Iris Pang

Very hoppy and crisp aroma, especially for a Cantillon. Subtle start and then some notes of hops. Not bitter at all compared to how it smells. Very easy drinking.

Nath (2022) Pang

Strong rhubarb aroma. Very sweet rhubarb on the tongue that dries up quite a bit. Some lingering tartness and sweetness.

Cantillon Grand Cru Bruocsella Lambic Bio (2017-2018) Pang

Woody and vinous aroma. Very mild and smooth. Soft and clean with a nice funky sourness.

Gueuze 100% Lambic Bio (2020) Pang

Loads of funk and complexity on the nose. Mild and complex on the tongue. Dry and woody, mild tartness.

Nath (2021) Pang

Intense rhubarb aroma, sweet with a bit of savouriness. More savoury than sweet but is very nice and unique. Somewhat dry.

Kriek 100% Lambic Bio (2021) Pang

Vibrant cherry aroma. Very good as usual. Kriek 100% never disappoints.

Rosé de Gambrinus (2021) Pang

Strong raspberry aroma. Again, never disappoints. Starts sweet then dries out a bit.

Barrel Runner Pang

Mild hoppy aroma with strong rum overtones. Very rum heavy and syrupy at the start, followed a slight bitterness and ends with hops. After taste is slightly sweet but lingers with a rum-ish bitter. Boozy, but not overwhelmingly so.
