Let’s get started with ASF 2024. Amazingly wine-forward with a good lambic part finally both on funk and brett. Solid. It would evolve even better with time IMHO, gaining a wider complexity. Tart, tannic and longlasting. 4.40

Very tannic as far as lambic goes. Musty grape and slight black fruit notes. Quite a surreal experience drinking this at the brewery itself.
