Oude Geuze Boon Black Label Edition N°2
Holy fucking carbonated. Nearly beheaded us as we undid the basket - didn’t even need to twist the cork. Chunky floaters, but a lovely rich sour body with apricot and light stonefruit.

Delightfully dark, tannic but in complete balance with the lambic body.

Huge. Rich boozy sweetness laced over the acidic kick of Cantillon lambic. Glorious

The elderflower really rounds off some of the acidity with an almost vanilla aspect. Quite incredible

A relatively delicate and subdued geuze, quite refreshing. Noticeable sour, but not punchy. A good more reserved example of the style.

Bright grape spritziness over a lovely lambic base. Citrus and fresh white grape notes dominate, but the funky depth lingers and gives a heap of body. Lots of phlegm on the tongue. Every part a Cantillon and I love it.

A little bit syrupy and a whole lot good. Delicious big rich stout. Drinks incredibly smoothly
