2016 the cork flew off. Beautifully mellow flavours still lots of apple and a nice acidity

Zeker al eens gedronken, maar blijkbaar geen check-in. Op het juiste moment gedronken, denk niet dat deze lang moet/kan agen. Citrus all the way.

Aged gracefully and did not disappoint! Lightly carbonated with a sour apple finish and then a long dry oaky finish..

Holy fucking carbonated. Nearly beheaded us as we undid the basket - didn’t even need to twist the cork. Chunky floaters, but a lovely rich sour body with apricot and light stonefruit.
