BB 01/04/2036. My conclusion is that it 7 years old. Dry apple taste a bit tart still high carbonation. A bit funky.

Light bodied dry and tart flavor….this is sort of the missing link between beer and champagne flavor profile wise

Tons of carbonation. Cork strongly ejected from the bottle. Super lively. Fairly mild funk and flavor. Lots of minerality and light acidity. Like an extra brut champagne really.
