Saint Lamvinus (2023)

4.40- nice but subtle berry fruit, more wine than beer for me. Would pair nicely with food and enhance an elevated dinner

Ashanti (2023)

Coriander and pepper on the nose, pepper dominates the taste. Elevated, but a full bottle would be a lot

SpontanCherry Frederiksdal

Really nice cherry, subtle spices, very deep flavors. No funk, wish for more carbonation, but might not be fair given its age

50°N - 4°E (Batch 7 - 2020)

Great beer we were lucky enough to share with better people. Thanks for braving shore traffic to visit us, we had a blast. Low to moderate funk, almost a licorice flavor occasionally, but mostly light hay funk

Fort

Boozy and raspberry, reminds me of a cross between sherry and port. Good for sipping after dinner with an espresso, but even 6 ounces is too much for me. Love trying new styles, thanks Dana and Eric

KBS

Old bottle, maybe influencing taste. Not as thick as I was expecting, but decent chocolate coffee mix

Harvest Ale

Not for me. Bitter, floral, carbonated mouthfeel. No need to repeat

Porter

Thin mouthfeel, interesting flavors. Mostly roasted malt, but there is subtle licorice finish i'm not fond of. There's also chocolate and light coffee.
