Tart earthiness on the nose, cherry forward. Taste continues the same, sweetness is quite low. Finish is quite light and mildly berry-tart. I perhaps was expecting a bit more taste. Now just ok.

Nose gives a tart cherry base, quite dry. Taste is tart, bubbly (good carbonation mouthfeel) and cherry. Finish boosts the tartness towards bitterness and adds a faint hint of christmasy spicyness even. Balanced and traditional. Lovely.

That's dry af :D sour, and very tart. Fruity complex aromas also happening there. A fun beer :D

On se vaan intensiivinen. Kirsikka ei ota liian isoa roolia, vaan komppaa ikeniin vetävää happoa kivasti. Onhan tämä nyt herkkua.

Fiilis et kypsyny kivasti. Tasapainonen eikä ihan niin intensiivinen mitä odotin. Hyvää kamaa joka tapauksessa.

End of an era, but so glad we got to have it. Quite champagne-like in effervescence. Lots of brightness and tart coming through.

Delicate and robust at the same time. Cellar floor earthiness mixes with delicate tartness with dry grapeskin and yeasty whiffs. Finish is tart and slightly bitter, but fades away soon.

On the nose I get some earth cellar floor and ripe apple notes. Taste is a balanced and aged mix of tartness, earthy notes and drying yeastinees. Refined, balanced and delicate. Love it.

Bit too aged. Probably conditioning hasn’t been on point. Still a good one
