"Forgotten" for 8 years in my stash. Not as complex as it used to be, but still nice to drink. Vanilla and honey are gone, but coffee is still pretty noticeable. Boozy, with sharp finish.

Doublebock Frederiksdal Cherries
Strong sour cherry taste but balanced with the sightly malty profile from doppelbock (which could have been even more prominent). Overall pretty interesting.

Mead with grapes. Tastes mostly like a strong sweet white wine. Honey is subtle but present. Quite different from other meads but I liked it.
