Hapahko. Joko on piiiiitkä säilytys syönyt parhaan terän tai sitten tämä ei vaan ole niin maukas, kuin muinoin maistetut Mikkellerin spontaanit. Varmaan 5-7v kellaroitu tuote 😀

Besides the sourness, a bit oily and pretty spicy (I was slightly reminded of Szechuan peppers)

I’m pretty sure this is not how this beer is supposed to smell or taste. No hops, no citrus, no funky lightness. Just a heavy smell of bad sour cream dip. Damn.

New location in Stockholm so needed to try! Good feel. Nose has delicate apple and blossom notes. Its body is similar, not quite enough oomph to be a lambic, all a bit smooth. Very good drinking though. Merest hint of soft chamois leather.
