Sort Mælk (2012) Bruce

This almost certainly peaked quite a while ago. Very smooth in mouthfeel, but rougher in flavour, with barrel thinner and less well-integrated, and hints of ethanol more obvious than chocolate or vanilla. Still pleasant, but a reminder not to over-age.

Impressive body for its ABV. Fruity at first and then dry pine.

Grand Cru Bruocsella Lambic Bio (2015-2016) Bruce

Drier than silica gel in a packet of sandpaper in the Sahara. Funkier than Flea in a funk. But I do get the hype. This is lovely. Thank you so much, Ale Y.!

Drinking Drink'in The Sun... at night. Drinking an AF beer... in my impy tasting glass. Getting this all wrong, but the beer is right. Impressive body and flavour. Quaffable.
