Bottled in Jan 2016. Lambic 3 yo so from 2015. Flat. Nice example. Tangy and perfect without carbonation.

We drinken luxe bier. Niet mijn favoriete biersoort, maar duidelijk goed uitgevoerd. Subtiel zuur. Je kunt het ook als wijn verkopen. Denk ik. Aan een niet-wijnkenner dan.

Aroma- light sourness, funky, musty, woody, fermented tropical fruit. Flat as intended. Palate- apricot skins, dry peaches, building tartness in finish. LCI Cheers Reece

Cantillonnnn. Oh deze is echt veel zachter dan ik had verwacht. Wel heel mooi. Lastig om specifieke smaken eruit te halen. En Tho’s foto gejat hoor.

Had the 2015-16 in November 2022. Lighter drinking than expected but lacked the complexity of other Cantillons on the night.

C’est clean, marqué par la pomme et la minéralité malgré une acidité très modérée. Belle longueur sur les céréales. Âpreté qui donne du relief. Ambiance vieille cave, bois humide. Notes surprenantes type Ice Tea en fin de bouteille. Ça se boit tout seul.
