Copenhague. On arrête au Himmeriget voir ce qu’il y a. C’est quoi les chances de tomber sur Mike le Queb (qui est maintenant proprio) et il reste encore de la Zwanze. Je l’ai encore mieux aimé parce que l’acidité était + présente que la 1ere fois.

Incredibile experience: trip between fruity and vinous tannic parts glass by glass! Not 5 stars only for the fruity part is less than vinous one but I’m going to search one more young! Thx Himmeriget and Denmark! 🇩🇰

Cherry jam and sweetened raspberries with hints of digestive biscuits with a drizzle of blueberry juice. Tinges of vanilla yogurt later. Very soft sherbet sourness to the finish.

Chocolate and caramel with a little earthy pine and a very faint tinge of citrus. Hints of salted liquorice and aniseed, with plenty of rye spice throughout. Brown sugar, soft leather and chocolate in a warming boozy finish.
