Utopias Barrel - Aged World Wide Stout (2021) Z

Tbh I preferred regular bourbon of this I think, boooo. I had high expectations for this. It's great but thinner than bourbon ba and the utopias flavor suffers a bit from the body, definitely some of the strong ale caramel vibes on the finish though.

Oude Geuze Boon à L'Ancienne - VAT 108 Mono Blend (2016) Z

Crazy good total wine shelfie, mad funk, just as described wine like but also old gueuze vibes. Cheesy nose upfront that airs out leaving the slightest tannic hints on top of huge rusty farmy smells and flavor. Tannic hinted acidity too.

Rosé de Gambrinus (2019) Z

FLN, delicious funky raspberry jam, carby but settles, mostly barn funk but some butt funk from the dry cork I imagine, but gone with the wind.

Oude Geuze Boon à l'Ancienne - VAT 109 Mono Blend Z

Batch 71102, bby 04/19/2036, Farmy cheesy, very strong woodsy, mild acid or acrid on the finish but I love the funk, lovely charred oak and apple tannins. damn might have to grab a bottle to pop april 2036.

World Wide Stout (2019) Z

Still vividly remember drinking this back in 2006 and it was just so harsh, maybe beer was more bitter back then, maybe my palate was too young, both? Whatever this is delish. Slight coffee and molasses, malt on the nose, caramel lingering finish. Delish
