Kriek Mariage Parfait (2015) Parkbrau
Best of the 3 Boons! Not too old. The 40% cherries carried well after 9 years.

Oude Schaarbeekse Kriek (2019) Parkbrau
Beautiful color but not too much cherry taste left. 25% cherries (250g/L).

Almost bit too old but lovely if you like age!

Moriau Oude Geuze Vieille Parkbrau
Much better than I recall - just needed a couple years age in the bottle to hit its prime!

White wine but tannic, a bit like a natural wine and Cantillon style together! Delicate yet bold and delicious.

Rhubarb. 2024 version. My least favorite so far today. Not fruity, bitter.

Kriek 100% Lambic Bio (2020) Parkbrau
Lovely. Perfectly aged and not over aged. Funkier than the 2024 and more layered.

Rodenbach Collab, thanks Stephen! Elderflower and fruity. More aroma than flavor

Grand Cru Bruocsella Lambic Bio (2015-2016) Parkbrau
Bottled in Jan 2016. Lambic 3 yo so from 2015. Flat. Nice example. Tangy and perfect without carbonation.

A bit too old tasting. Fruit has dropped off, residual apricot seed bitterness present.

HORAL's Oude Geuze Mega Blend (2022) Parkbrau
More barnyard than 2015 version. Tangy hay lemon funk. Nice blend and not too young. 1,2, and 3 year aged 6 months in bottle.

Draft @ moeder Lambic st. Gilles location. 250 mL was the smallest pour possible (1/3rd of a bottle - this glass fully full). Wow.

Rosé de Gambrinus (2014) Parkbrau
Much less fruit, cork was a mess, still amazing but perhaps a bit past her prime. Still always a treat.

Incredible vintage and perfect age... Had this after a white grape natural wine, they are cousins for sure but the Lambic is the hands down winner!

Very special treat for a cantillon fan like me - still tons of fruit 7 years after bottling and 10 years after brewing. All the funky flavors and age that I love!

After many years, the bolder hop flavor of Iris has finally subsided. The acidity has become balanced and melded together with a nice softness and age. It is subtle and delicate, finally. Non fruited and non wheated Cantillon is unique and special.

Zwanze 2022 - Poivre de Gorilles Parkbrau
Great to have this during Zwanze day @ Brick Store Pub! Nice pepper on the nose, very interesting, perfumy. I liked it a bit better colder than when it warmed up. Nice variation on lambic from Cantillon. Very fun!

Yummy funky Brett amazing aroma and taste as always.

Whole apricot flavor - skin, meat, stone. Lighter body than some fou founne, great aroma, medium light mouthfeel and proper balance between fruit and tart flavors.

Coriander and wheat non alcoholic gose. Unusual aroma between vomit and vegetal.

Rosé De Gambrinus (2022) Parkbrau
Tart and young, not enough character yet but still tasty. Just needs more age.

Kriek 100% Lambic Bio (2020) Parkbrau
Perfectly aged, so much sourness and fruit. Much better than the young one!

Very margarita like. Not a sour despite being called an imperial Gose. Strong up front key lime sweetness, lingering margarita taste followed by a margarita and tequila barrel finish
