Sounds and looking good... ... Tastes great. Somewhat boozy but mostly pecans, bourbon, oak, vanilla and did I say alcohol.

Snowflakes

Snowflakes are melting yet again. Hazy yellow. Soft, easygoing, apricot, orange and some grass. Good and with a nice takeaway as a bonus.

Iron Throne Wit

Misty dirty yellow with off-white foam. Yeasty, buttery, herbaceous and slightly bitter. Good.

Mango Pool

Mango juice colour. Mango settings and taste with some butter and tartness. Okay.

Nuit Bruxelloise (2019)

It's only day but still looks and tastes like a summer night in the vineyard. Works good with the pizza as well. Dark blueish, soft funkiness, loads of grapes and some barrel vibes. Great stuff.

Más Agave Premium Hard Seltzer Strawberry

Clear pale strawberry lemonade colour. Strawberries and minerals. Decent lunch water. Good for what it is.

Clear white with a lime streak. A tad sweet and lime à la urinal stone vibe. Okay.

Misty apricot. Nice gunpowder, sour, clean and quite beautiful.

Passion Pool Non Alc Shallow

Super yellow. The foam is fast disappearing. Very nice and pronounced passion fruit aroma and taste. After the initial passion fruit comes the sourness in a refreshing and puckering way. A true summer brew that probably is refreshing and great on a beach.

Feels like quite a long time since I had a NEIPA. Hazy yellow, juicy, quite citrus refreshing. Some bitterness and vague soapiness and maltiness. Good.

Finally finished the lab work for the day and time for Friday AW. Clear yellow with white foam. Grainy, clean and light citrusy aroma. Taste along the same line. Soft but yet a bit holy vibe. Clean and good.

Hazy yellow with white foam. Grassy, tropical in a pineapple way with a bitter finish. Good.

Reddish. Sweet, black currants and a bit carbonated yet a flat vibe. Good.
